Finding a new home is a very personalized task. We listen to our client´s needs very carefully with respect to their preferences for location, type of property, size and any other specific requirements that matter to them. The services included in Home Search are the following:

• On-line communication before the client’s arrival to the Czech Republic in order to better understand their expectations, requirements and wishes
• Selection of the most suitable properties based on client´s requirements and timing
• Pick up from the place of destination (airport, hotel, office, etc.)
• Viewings of the preferred properties (expected to be done in few rounds before client will choose the most suitable property)
• We advise on location, neighbourhood, amenities, schools, leasing conditions/contracts and related documents
• Basic orientation
• Professional negotiation of the lease contract and monitoring of agreement conditions (furniture delivery, repairs, etc.)
• Handover of the property in good condition and ready to use including a handover protocol
• All communication is in English
